Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is direct to your door via Australia Post. 

The price you see is the price you pay (Unless other wise specified on the particular product).

 When payment has been confirmed, all orders will be shipped every Friday by COB unless express is requested otherwise via notes. 

Straps and Chains  is  not responsible for the time taken to deliver the parcel or any delays experienced by the courier/delivery service.

Straps and Chains will use the delivery address as provided to us by the customer. It is not the responsibility of Straps and Chains to check the delivery address for errors or verify the delivery address.

Parcels will be sent ATL (Authority to leave) - Straps and Chains is not responsible for any parcels missing or stolen from the address to which they have been delivered.

Some parcels may be delivered to PO boxes or held at post offices or collection centers. Straps and Chains is not responsible for the delivery method chosen by the courier or delivery service. 

Straps and Chains will assist the customer and make reasonable attempts to locate and redirect missing parcels when appropriate.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery for most products are between 3-10 days.
